Despite the extreme heat and unfortunate circumstances while I was gone, the okra appears to be thriving! Too bad Maggie and I hate okra...Ian loves it!

- As fate would have it, I am forever blessed to be the mother of one exceptional daughter, Maggie and to be married to my high school sweetheart, Big Ian. Well...they look beautiful, but I am right there with Monica and Maggie on the "okra" issue with one odd exception...Luby's okra; which I have to have with the mac and cheese. Yummm!! Go figure?? Enjoy your okra Ian...get Luby's recipe. Hugs, Aunt Karen
